• Unused boosts expire after validity period

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

We strive to keep Raketa available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multisports SA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Your access to the App will be immediately suspended
• Your account data may be deleted after a grace period
• No refunds will be provided for remaining subscription periods
• Unused boosts will be forfeited
• These Terms will continue to apply to any past use of the App

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multisports SA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
